I delivered my first child here in October of 2021. Jessica was very patient with both myself and my husband. She talked with us and treated us as if we had known her all our lives. She took the time to get to know us personally rather than just another patient needing care. She ensured my husband was also cared for. She kept reminding him of his role during the birth of our child, making sure he ate and rested too, so that he could be there to support me. She answered all of my questions that I had, and helped prepare me for what I could expect during delivery. She held my hands during my epidural, making that very scary moment so relaxing and easy for me. She kept telling us she hoped I would deliver on her shift so she could be there for me, my husband, and the baby. She made the entire experience from my admission to preparing me to deliver; so welcoming, so enjoyable, so relaxing and really just amazing! I hope when I deliver another child here, that she will be my nurse again!
