Jessica was very patient and understanding with me. I was so afraid because I am used to getting an IV in my neck and this time, I had to get it in my arm. I was going to sign myself out and go home because they wanted it in my arm and not my neck. Jessica was so patient with me and talked with me and calmed me down. She told me it was going to be okay and just to her try. She tried but couldn’t get it. So she told me to hold, and she’d get someone better than her. I started crying and told her I wanted to go home. But Jessica showed me so much love and patience and because of that, I was able to get an IV in my arm just like she said. I asked if I get admitted could I please take her upstairs.
