During my weeklong stay at UNM Hospital, Jessica went above and beyond her duties as a registered nurse to ensure that my nursing care met my expectations. From the moment we met on the first night, it was evident that Jessica and I would have a night filled with positive vibes. Thanks to Jessica's professionalism exhibited here on 3 East, my hospital stay exceeded my expectations.

I would like to express my deep appreciation for Jessica's love and dedication as one of the finest nurses a patient could hope for during their stay. She consistently administered my medications promptly and made sure all her patients' needs were met. She even went out of her way to ensure the well-being of my husband and daughter. Throughout my stay, I never once saw Jessica idling at the nurse's station or engrossed in her phone. Instead, I witnessed her promptly responding to call lights and assisting other patients, regardless of whether they were assigned to her care. She radiated warmth, love, and a rejuvenating sense of healing to every patient she encountered. In my over 13-year journey with this illness, Jessica stands out as one of the most caring and dedicated nurses I have had the privilege of meeting.
