Jessica is the best nurse ever. She has gone above and beyond what her job calls for. She kept me from going against medical advice. I have a situation with my brother who is mentally disabled. I had some forms that had to get to the community hospice. She did her due diligence, including emailing and faxing information to the caseworker for me for my brother. She was always smiling and upbeat. Please, Jess, keep that heart!
