As a patient, I was thrilled to have Jessica as my nurse. I have been a patient in this hospital many times and I have had Jess several times and she has been an exceptional nurse each and every time. She is always pleasant and very easy to get along with. She was always glad to explain what this medicine was for or what was going on with my care plan. She has a caring approach and is very gentle with my care. She is very quick and efficient and makes every move count. I know as a past business owner I love employees like Jess, and so did my customers. I have to say she is one of the reasons I choose Herrin as my hospital of choice, and as your customer, I must tell you she is a True Asset to your company!
