I would like to recognize Jessica, ACL for her outstanding leadership qualities, great support to staff, coworkers, and other hospital workers and residents. I've observed Jessica's interactions with others on many occasions and she goes above and beyond to provide patients with the highest customer patient experience and to provide her colleagues with needed support and her team with positive leadership. You can easily recognize that Jessica's nursing expertise is above others. She has the clinical knowledge that new nurses and other staff rely on. I've observed Jessica during rapids and codes and she is caring and compassionate, talking to patients and families even when time is of the essence. Also, even though she may have a great number of tasks and responsibilities, you would never sense that because Jessica would make it seem that she has all the time to help or care for the patients' loved ones on the unit. She acts very positively and in a very professional way even in a stressful situation. Jessica is a great asset to the Ascension Team and a great pleasure to work with.
