The standard of professional care provided by the Nursing Staff at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital is truly superb in every way. As a former health educator, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Instructor and Emergency Medical Technician, I probably have many more questions about procedures, tests, medications, recuperation periods, etc. than the average patient. Jessica's training, experience and ability to fully answer my many questions and concerns were greatly appreciated. She approached each inquiry with friendly interest and provided a sufficiently detailed explanation, with an emphasis on enthusiasm and optimism.
