I have been in cancer treatment in Vallejo for 6 months now. I always know it is going to be an uplifting session when Jessica is involved in my care. She is kind, compassionate, professional, patient-centered, and provides excellent care. Jessica connects with her patients. She gets to know them and what is going on in their lives, both related to the cancer treatment and other important events. She demonstrates great social awareness, providing compassion during difficult times and fun conversation when things are lighter. She is able to adapt to each situation accordingly.

Jessica connects with me in my humanity. Jessica has a very positive, uplifting energy and provides light amidst the darkness of the cancer journey. She provides hope in sharing stories of miracles that her experience brings. This is priceless. Jessica is never too busy to provide what is needed. The comfort of her patients is of utmost importance. She makes me feel so cared for.

Jessica has a very professional presentation, holding herself with confidence. I know that I can ask questions and she will answer with expertise, or find the answer if she doesn’t know it. This, partnered with her obvious clinical competence, provides great reassurance to me as a patient. Jessica stands out in that she brings joy to those hours getting an infusion that might otherwise be very difficult. I am deeply grateful to have been in her care to experience extraordinary nursing.
