Jess was so professional! She kept us up to date on what was going on at a critical time (my mom's second day in the hospital). Her communication, both style and frequency, was not only informative but extremely compassionate and filled with understanding. In the midst of an already stressful situation, Jess took great care of my mother and every family member. Every single nurse can look to Jess as the example of how to be a fantastic nurse. I will always remember the kindness she showed and the diligent way she carried out her important work.
