Jessica is definitely an asset to your team. She took the time to listen to me, and she explained everything to me that I did not understand or had questions about. She calmed me down when I was upset. She deserves to be recognized for her caring and compassion. I cannot say enough about her. She will never know how much she helped me and made me feel like I was more than just a patient.
