When my Father was first brought into the Cardiac Unit after the Emergency Room, Jessica was assigned to my Father. From the first day he was there, she gave so much compassion and excellent care to my Father. I was so impressed. She's the one that showed concern for his health, that he needed to go where he could get excellent monitoring in the Cardiac Unit, when she already had too many patients. But you couldn't tell because she always managed to be there for whatever my Father needed for his care. Also, even before he was transferred downstairs to another floor and her shift was over, she tended to my Father when she knew he needed to be taken care of. She didn't go home until she completed taking care of the IV. You can't imagine how it makes a family or friend of the patient feel. It shows excellent compassion and care for my Father and other patients.
