My husband has ulcerative colitis and had a flex-sig procedure done. Jessica, who prepared him for the procedure and who took care of him post-op, was fantastic. She showed compassion, was calming, informative and shared anecdotes from her own personal experience of dealing with multiple sclerosis to encourage him. Her attitude and presence really soothed us at a distressing time—I think her input made the difference between us going home upset vs. hopeful. The knowledge she shared was relevant!
