I wanted to take a minute to point out one of our Case Managers Jessica Mazza. As we transition to an entirely new model for MDR's I feel that she has excelled in her role. Every day, no matter the barriers, she was present and had an optimistic attitude. I do not have adequate words for how valuable an asset she has been with assisting us in patient care during this process.
I wanted to make everyone aware of how proud I am of the work Jessica has done and that our hospitalist team is very happy to serve the people of New Smyrna alongside her. Thank you also to the leadership team supporting her. I know it is not an easy job that you must do, but I (and my team) are thankful for the care provided to our patients.
