Jessica exemplifies the definition of outstanding patient care. She is caring, compassionate, and treats her patients as human beings, not a room number. Jessica has gone above and beyond to make one of our patients feel cared for. He had no family support, but Jessica decorated his room for Christmas, took his clothes home to wash, and brought him treats and goodies. Jessica also brought in her children on Christmas Eve to decorate a gingerbread house and provide dinner for him.
