When you’re going through tough times, the best thing to have is a great partner. This is how we felt when we had Jessica in our corner. We were blessed to have her for several days to take care of our 1-month-old daughter with RSV and pneumonia. She was proactive in the care she is giving our little baby, going above and beyond to even check and make sure we are comfortable during our stay, involves us by updating us with her care plan, and even explaining to us in common terms some medical lingo we didn’t understand. She brings such great energy despite the long hours she had and even when she had several patients under her care, made us feel like she is focused on our baby. We are thankful to have a partner like her in nurturing back into health our little girl.
