There are so many things that we can say about Jessica. She has been my daughter's nurse many times in the past year. Each time is better and better. Not only does she provide amazing nursing care, but she provides fantastic bedside manner, which for my daughter is the most important thing. Having a child with chronic issues and being in and out of the hospital is very difficult. Each time she gets sick it gets harder and harder to get her into the car because she knows exactly what is going to happen. It makes her feel so much more comfortable, when she sees Jessica, she lights up and forgets for a minute what's going to happen. For a mom that is priceless, to see my daughter go through so much but can smile through the sickness. My daughter feels safe with her, she trusts her. She is extremely patient, and funny. St. Joes is truly lucky and so are we that you have Jessica as part of your nursing team.
