This note is to acknowledge the exceptional and excellent care I received from Nurse Jessica. As my own mother was a very prolific and dedicated registered nurse, I know what the profession involves, and I see strength, confidence, brilliance, and highly qualified characteristics in this young nurse.
I see first-hand Jessica's comforting bed-side manner as well as her absolute confidence in every task she approaches. I am grateful to have been under her care. I am sure that she will continue to bring her skills, her dignity, and her no-nonsense approach while highly exemplifying the nursing profession. I wish Nurse Jessica much continued success!
