Jessica is one of the most caring nurses I've met. She works with a smile and always has nice things to say about everyone. Her nursing care fits perfectly into her caring personality. Families and patients appreciate her and ask when she is working again.
Jessica was a primary nurse for a long term patient on our floor and I truly feel she was a huge part of his healing process. She would make her schedule around other nurses to assure the patient had the best care from his primary nurses. Every time this patient would see her, his face would light up. He still comes back to the floor to visit her and give her a hug.
