Jessica is a great nurse because she listens about our concerns and follows-up with answers or information. When I first met her, she weighed me in the bed and I weight almost 20lbs more than before surgery and I was freaking out not understanding!! She remained very calm and explained about a double hip replacement and re-weighed me again and calmed me down. Her ability to listen and remain calm and being very knowledgeable and communicate was amazing! Thank you for being the best!
