After serving two years on the PONL Board as an Emerging Nurse Leader, she now holds a position on the SEPONL Board and its legislative committee, where she continues to advocate for the advancement of nursing practice.

Her passion for quality is reflected in her leadership of the LMC Quality Committee and a notable decrease in hospital-acquired conditions in her unit over the past year. Additionally, she remains an active member and leader of the integrative therapies team, providing alternative comfort measures to patients.
