Jessica Nielsen, RN

I have been in and out of Middleton since February. During both stays Jessica went out of her way to make sure my needs were met over and above what I expected. Whenever one is dealing with end-of-life circumstances there are so many loose ends and different perspectives to be considered. Jessica went out of her way to give me different perspectives on my dilemma.

Whenever I extolled the virtues of others who work here, she respectfully confirmed “That’s the way it should be.”

We are both dog people and that gave us a common bond at first introduction. Additional discussion over and during my stay led us to find many things in common.

Jessica is a valuable employee, the kind I searched for during my business years.
