As a parent who lost a child at Children's Hospital of Alabama, I came in afraid and aggressive, expecting the worst, and when nurse Jessica came in, all of that changed. She treated us so well. My son told me that she made him not afraid and happy. She is the best. She reassured me that my son is in great hands. Her calmness and patience made this much easier. She even gave other nurses tips on how to care for my so son, so she was taking care of him even when she wasn't there. He looked forward to her. She made this almost impossible task a breeze for my family.
