Jessica Ortega, RN

Not only did Jessica make me feel safe and secure… she made me feel important. She knew what I needed without me asking, moved my body over and over when I was numb with a smile on her face, made me laugh, and supported me as well as my partner through everything…. I wanted to say thank you to her because without her, I believe my delivery would have been traumatic, instead it was beautiful, and calming, and I felt full support.

Jessica became my second sister during my short stay at this hospital. We met as strangers, and she made me and my husband feel like family.
