Jessica is a DAISY Nurse for her high quality, professional, and extremely knowledgeable nursing care.
She handled an emergency situation for my mother in the most competent, professional, and calm manner. This situation could have quickly escalated into a life or death situation without Jessica's quick intervention.
The calm way in which she handled the situation provided reassurance for both my mother and me. My mother was subsequently readmitted twice to 3 North (3 stays in 2 weeks) and even when Jessica was not my mother's nurse, she would stop in to encourage both my mother and me.
Her genuine caring manner meant so much to us during her difficult hospital stays. As a former, RN, I know what excellent nursing care is and Jessica certainly exemplifies that!
