Jessica has gone above and beyond when helping with the patients in our ICU. We have been assigned COVID-19 positive patients for weeks at a time. These patients were getting EXTREMELY sick and were decompensating faster than ever seen. These patients required around the clock one-on-one care and were some of the busiest patients I have ever cared for in my seven-year career as a nurse and I don't think I could have done it without her help. Jessica would have her own patients, but also be readily available to assist her teammates with their patients. She never complained. Jessica would come to work every day knowing this is what she was called to do. She is the definition of a true nurse at heart and in spirit. We are proud to work alongside her and call her our teammate.
