I came to the ER with what I thought was flu or Covid. Come to find out I was having an NSTEMI, and Jessica was there to help me as she could sense I was a little terrified. Jessica kept checking in on me to make sure I was okay and any time I needed something she was right there beside me and kept me in the loop on everything!! She definitely put me at ease, and even though she was crazy busy, she still took the time to make sure I was all right!! Arnot definitely needs more nurses like her!!

Jessica was super when my dad was in the ER. She went above and beyond to take great care of him, she answered our questions, which were many, and definitely was never short with us. Jessica was prompt in getting us answers and was willing to dig deeper into the matter. She really impressed us with her caring spirit! We left the ER at 1:00 am, and she offered us something for the trip home and showed she really cared about us. When we thanked her for doing such a great job, she said that she was just doing her job! Thanks again, Jessica, for being such an awesome RN to my dad!
