Jessica is simply amazing. She held polite conversation and explained medicine received in a way that we understood the process very well. She checked on us all the time and made sure everyone in the room was comfortable. She talked and played with our son and made him feel like a big boy. He really likes her. I can tell that she doesn't just like her job but that she absolutely loves it and she is great with kids.
