Jessica was my husband's nurse on admission. She made both of us feel cared for, answered our many questions, alloyed our fears, and competently took care of him with a wonderful sense of humor. She instantly made us feel safe and secure. My husband knew he was in good care. While receiving a blood transfusion, my husband had to go for another procedure. Jessica (and his blood) cheerfully went with him, and we think she missed getting her lunch break to accompany him! Thank you, Jessica.
