The care our son received from Jessica Pultz was outstanding. She went above & beyond to ensure his health & safety. She explained the issues he was having & helped us advocate for his care when we didn't feel like our concerns were being addressed by the doctor. Jessica spent extra time with us, monitoring his vitals while he nursed in our room & made us aware of continued issues he was having & what needed to happen to have them addressed. Jessica spoke to the doctor & their boss on his behalf, and we truly felt like she treated him like her own son. 

One evening, we witnessed her staying over two hours past her shift to help the other nurses care for babies during a busy time. All of the nurses on the unit were excellent, but we were especially thankful for this nurse.
