Jessica is constantly going above and beyond in every way as soon as she walks in the door. She is like a breath of fresh air that follows her throughout her shift. You can see her helping out her peers, running to answer a call bell or just simply sitting talking with her patients. She is efficient and organized with her nursing care. Jessica is the "go to" person for meditech and documentation issues for not only the nurses but for our physicians. As a brand new nurse she assisted with teaching the Meditech classes. Amazing!! She is always available to MFH for any new projects or educational updates. She has recently helped the nursing department with Leebov training which she is a pro. If you walk into her patient rooms they are always clean neat and organized and her white boards are always up to date and complete Always!!

Jessica brings such a warm happy aura to the nursing units; you can't help but smile after you talk to her. She is always upbeat and positive, always finding the good in everything and everyone! I receive many compliments from our patients when rounding during her shift. The enthusiasm that Jessica brings is a lesson for all of us.

When I think of Mercy and our mission, Jessica Quinn always comes into my mind. She is respectful and encouraging to others. She takes people to their destinations when they are lost; she greets her patients and talks with the family members. She is always sensitive and real in her approach with others. She is a true advocate and mentor for others. You don't always witness these qualities in a young nurse. Usually these qualities come with time and experience and life changing events.

Jessica is a very special person. We are very fortunate to have her as a mentor for others and to help continue our mission here at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital.
