A patient came to the hospital by ambulance with a suspected stroke. Jessica was helpful, courteous and professional. After ensuring the patient was comfortable and getting to the right place for proper treatment, Jessica brought food to the patient, arranged transportation home and gave the patient a list of home care agencies.
