Jessica was so kind and generous with their time and took extra care to make sure my father understood everything (meaning tests, etc.) they would be doing. She constantly asked him if he needed anything and even if it wasn’t time for vitals to be taken; checking on him and asking if he was doing ok or needed anything at all. Jessica teased him and made him laugh. It wasn’t a one-minute pop-in visit; she stopped in and visited with him, and it truly made him happy and comforted him. Another thing that was nice, he was even offered his yearly flu vaccination. That was one less thing he had to remember to get done or ask for at his next GP visit. Wonderful thing. Jessica was so knowledgeable and kind. Truly made my dad comfortable.
