During patient rounds, Jessica was highlighted by one of her patients, “She’s just really nice to talk to and when she says she’s going to do something, she does it and she’s gentle.” Co-worker: Jessica went out of her way after her shift to stay over to help the night shift with tasks. This was Christmas Day! We had several orders come in at the same time right around shift change and we were short staffed. She showed team work and made the shift transition smoother!
