Her constant drive to provide the best care is outstanding.
In the short amount of time I have been working with Jessica, she has grown exponentially in her career. She came to PCU as a new graduate and continues to provide outstanding care. She has a thirst for knowledge that is insatiable. Her questioning attitude is one to be mirrored by those around her. Her constant drive to provide the best care is outstanding. From the littlest things like her abundant, radiant smile (not that you can see that these days – thanks COVID) to the big things of making sure everything is done correctly. Jessica is one I want to continue to work beside, nurture, and help mold into the nurse I want to be when I grow up. Jessica’s willingness to jump in and help her co-workers whenever she can is also an amazing asset and value to our PCU team. Jessica has also been trained in Pediatrics as well as some low-level ICU patients. For starting her career in the middle of a pandemic, Jessica has persevered and continues to shine and grow. Through all the tough times in the last year, she has become a well-rounded nurse. I know she will continue to persevere through this tough career and keep smiling. She brings radiance and light to this passion we call nursing. Even on the toughest, most trialing days, she comes back with a smile on her face and a willingness to do it again.
