My son and I arrived at the Emergency Room as my son has a near-drowning experience during the Covid 19 pandemic. I was a nervous wreck and this was one of the worst nights of my life. Jessica made sure to calm me down and to help me breathe. She was the most passionate nurse I ever met. I truly thought I was going to lose my son and was unable to have my family with me. She reassured me that everything will be okay and I cannot thank her enough.
