Jessica Reim, BSN, RN

I have been coming to the VA for more than 25 years. I also worked for the VA many years ago. Nurse Jessica Reim's work ethic is above and beyond excellent. She wasn't my nurse, but I watched her give care and urgency to all the Veterans in her care. Her work is excellent, and she is always smiling. I was here 9 days. If she was having a bad day, you would not know it.

For example, a Veteran needed a recliner just to get him out of bed. Jessica spent her whole shift caring for others also in her care, looking for a recliner, and found it. The Veteran had a great time when his son visited. I know, cool, and that was cool. This is how a nurse should be. I commend her for her good work and her position of leadership to teach other nurses that better service = better care = better veterans' lives.
