I feel that Jessica went above and beyond with a particular patient who was having increased SOB, heartburn and pain. She did all the usual treatments but they did not work. Jessica decided to do an EKG which showed the patient was experiencing an MI. Jessica is compassionate and caring and had it not been for diligence the MI might have been missed.
