Jessica makes a patient comfortable. She makes me feel like this is not just a job to her. She is in when every department (i.e. social workers, doctors) come in to see me. She stands with me and listens with me. She updates the doctors and comes to me after and keeps me updated. I have been depressed and she takes the time to listen to me. Whatever I need she gets it for me.
