My daughter had a child this summer and Jessica was her nurse.
From the first moment, she was extremely friendly, very informative, knowledgeable and professional. A bond had formed between her and our family.
Her shift ended at 7 pm, I believe. She was so excited for my daughter, she said she'd stay an extra half hour in hopes of being there for my daughter to give birth. A half-hour led to an hour and then a few more. She stayed 4 hours beyond her shift to be there for my daughter, and she had to drive an hour home.
You don't see that level of dedication and a true love of the job very often. Jessica put my worried daughter at ease and for that, I can't thank her enough. She is the type of employee you'd want to fight to keep because there aren't many like her out there. She is amazing!
