Jess was a complete professional while demonstrating outstanding patient care. She was knowledgeable about the procedure and the care that I would need. She helped relieve my anxiety about the procedure by demonstrating confidence and distracted me with conversation. One of my few requests was to talk to the pharmacist when I received my discharge meds and she went above and beyond to make sure that it happened.
