Jessica makes me enjoy working with Community. She is always there to help with patient questions or concerns that I may have. She has a psychology background and helped me one of the first days we worked together. I was on the phone with a suicidal patient and became very concerned for their well-being. Jessica was able to help make sure I was asking the right questions to keep the patient on the phone while EMS was being called to check on the patient. I had never been in that type of situation before and was very nervous but Jessica was able to help guide me on the proper way to handle that situation and educated me so I would know how to do it should that arise in the future. She is a great nurse and resource to work with.
