Jessica was on the 12 hour day shift every day that we were there. She came in to let us know she was there everyday after she clocked in for duty. She would pop in often, but not too often, to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Anything that was asked of her was done promptly and with a smile. She became more of a friend than just the nurse on duty! She would always compliment our new little bundle of joy and I always felt comfortable letting her take him out of the room when she had to. When the day came to go home, Jessica explained everything very thoroughly and answered any questions we had. We were lucky to have her!
