Jess was my night nurse in my recovery room after my C-section. I don't usually take the time to leave a comment or review, but I think and feel that Jess deserves recognition for her dedication to her profession. She has a very pleasant personality that you would easily feel comfortable talking to her about your concerns. She also provided us with many useful pieces of information to make our stay in the hospital more convenient.

What I also love about her is that she is very efficient in fulfilling her talks (fast yet gentle) like helping me wash up in the bathroom hours after my C-section... she helped me with compassion, she taught and guided me how to do things gently like how to easily get up from my bed and things like that. When it's time for her to draw blood for my blood tests, she accomplishes it very gently and professionally, like an expert. When it was time for her to leave after the shift, she informed us like a "good friend" and endorsed us to the next nurse on duty, and discussed with the next nurse about my situation/information and what she had accomplished and what else should be done. I think that if all nurses are like her, all patients will have a better feeling of staying in the hospital, even when they are in an inconvenient situation.
