Jess has been and is continuing to be amazing to my mom. She has walked us through every step of this very hard situation with love and compassion for our family. She answers all our questions no matter what. She goes above and beyond to make sure my mom and our family are as comfortable as we can be through this very difficult time. Jess has been like our family's guardian angel, helping us in any way she possibly can. I have never met such an amazing, caring person. I believe that out of all the people we have come into contact with, she is the best of the best. I hope she never stops being who she is.

Jess was one of the wonderful nurses that cared for my mother while she was in the ICU. The difference was, Jess was not just wonderful, but exceptional. What she provided my mom was the greatest care, no just nursing care but all-around care. She was truly concerned about my mom as a whole person. She was a nurse for the whole family too. She made sure my siblings and most importantly my dad, were comfortable and tried to explain all of the happenings taking place.
She held great conversations and told stories to ease the tension. Above all, Jess is always gentle, positive and a little bit crazy. She tried to make a light atmosphere by being silly and always wishing everyone a "magical day!" When we were told mom was being released from ICU and going to a different room, we should have been happy but instead, I felt apprehension because Jess would no longer be "our Nurse".

Jessica has been more than attentive to my friend L. The attention to detail with her care goes beyond. Jessica has been so aware of both the machine and L. It is a flow of energy and confidence that causes the family and friends waiting to be less fearful and calm. I have seen the true meaning of continuity of care with Jessica and her co-workers in this unit. There are times when they have to ask for help but most everyone seems to "just do" whatever as long as it is in their skill set. I appreciated the "no wait until morning" attitude from the x-ray department and the physicians. Amazing care, Amazing people. Quality care at its best both for the patient, family, and friends. I am grateful for this experience of positive personal care.

I cannot say enough about Jess. My mom is on day 3 and 4 without sleep and is easily agitated. Jess is super with her.
