After coming to grips with the fact that I almost suffocated on the way to the hospital I was understandably on edge. Simply put, Jessica made the perfect first impression and set the stage for me to relax and heal quickly. When I first met her, I couldn’t talk and could barely breathe. For someone young, and in very good health, this can be especially demoralizing. She helped me feel immediately at ease, and I am grateful she got to see me heal quickly. Jessica represents your medical center with the utmost professionalism and appropriate amount of compassion. I will remember the comfort I felt coming here more than what brought me here in the first place. Jessica was a huge part of my positive stay, and I hope you recognize her for it.
