Jessica was amazing with her patient and our family; she explained everything so the family could understand, and she was very patient with us and answered all of our many, many questions with patience and understanding. Jessica went above and beyond to make our stay with our family member positive and healing in SCU.

When we were in the ER it was hectic and we didn’t know what to expect, she took her time and explained everything in detail, so all family members understood everything going on. For Jessica to explain everything meant everything to us. She eased all of our anxiety, and we had the utmost confidence in her care and abilities.
