Jessica Spiker, MSN, RN CPHQ
Jessica serves dual roles as both a Quality Specialist and Stroke Coordinator. She meets this extremely demanding position with a high standard of professionalism. She is extremely hard-working and has never-ending diligence and attention to detail, unsurpassed by many. She is well respected by all disciplines for her passion for excellence. She has strong critical thinking skills to identify and solve problems quickly to improve the quality of care delivered to our patients. She is action-oriented and dedicated to achieving strong outcomes.
In addition to her careful organization of the stroke program and all the work that encompasses it, she is by far one of the most compassionate and caring people I have ever met. If any of our stroke support group participants is in need of services, she won't leave a stone unturned seeking help for them. She always shows a sincere interest in other people's feelings and strives to demonstrate honesty and integrity in all she undertakes.
