My daughter says "I love Ms. Jess so much!" Jess was so fun, outgoing, caring, and, on top of everything, always making sure we had all we needed. Not only did she check on my daughter, but she took her time with her and me as well. I would have never known she was newer if she hadn't mentioned it. Love her!

We have resided in three states over the past 15 years. This has resulted in visiting urgent cares, Doctor's offices, and hospitals and meeting many nurses and medical teams. Jessica stands out to me. She attended to my precious one-year-old son as just that, precious, valuable and a priority! She validated my concerns and listened. She paid attention to the details and the specific requirements for my baby, as each patient's needs are individual and specific. Medical Professionals like Jessica are the very reason I drive 2 hours to visit this hospital. We had two amazing nurses but Jess stood out because she was so kind and helpful. She was very quick to respond and extremely informative. She made us feel as at home as we could possibly feel.

I received treatment at Wolfson Children's Hospital this week and was very impressed with my nurse Jess. I don't know her last name, but I believe I was on the sixth floor. She worked overnight to take care of me after my surgery. I am a teenager and it was my first time staying in the hospital, but she put me at ease and made my stay infinitely better. Jess went above and beyond what was expected of her and made me feel loved and cared for. She deserves recognition for her compassionate care as she was incredibly supportive and gentle with me.
