My mother needed help toileting, and the staff was overwhelmed at the time. Jessica Stevenson noticed that she had been waiting an extremely long time. She cleaned my mom up and treated her with compassion despite her not being her patient. She is an asset to this Hospital and should be acknowledged for her compassion and professionalism.
