I want to commend Nurse Jessica for the care and compassion she demonstrated towards me throughout this part of my health journey. She was always patient, concerned, and informative. I have so much anxiety, and her demeanor helped calm me as I navigated some of the most challenging obstacles of my life. Nurse Jessica is the epitome of what patients desire in a nurse. With her tender heart and kindness, I was blessed each time we spoke on the phone. Compassion is the essence and core of nursing care, and this is what I received.
